The family in this house had built their custom dream home years earlier, but left their basement unfinished. With their own children visiting with children of their own, these homeowners decided it was time to complete their basement and expand their living space. In addition to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and drywall, the basement received hand-crafted solid oak handrails, cork flooring, granite counters, cultured marble tub surrounds and custom oak cabinets.
